This large luxury apartment with 4 double bedrooms and a living area of about 150 sqm, with 2 balconies of about 30 sqm, is located on the most exclusive strip of Ibiza, the Paseo Maritimo (the ‘Golden Mile’).
The apartment faces south and is located in the first row to the action, with two balconies with double facade. It occupies the entire front floor of the building, offering sun and privacy all day. Two of the bedrooms also have direct access to their own balconies, and there are also fantastic views from the open, modern kitchen.
APARTMENT
Formerly two apartments that have been merged into one, the large double entrance on the fourth floor is reached via a long private hallway.
Each room has sea views and could not be closer to Ibiza’s marina and luxury yacht moorings. The apartment overlooks Ibiza Bay and Dalt Vila, the Cathedral and the Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with views of Formentera out to sea and the mountains of Ibiza on the other side for beautiful evening sunsets.
During the day, you can simply relax on the balcony and watch the multi-million pound superyachts and day cruisers sail in and out of the harbor right in front of you.
The apartment is fully furnished (including the 50-inch plasma TV) and move-in ready, has new air conditioning and heating with separate controls for each bedroom, and fully equipped closets.
The open kitchen and living/dining area are great for entertaining.
EXTRAS
There is a nice community pool that is very private and only used by the residents of this development, so it can be very quiet even in the summer.
Very much in demand in this area are parking spaces, and this apartment comes not only with one space, but also with the potential to get a second one.
Also, there is a 24-hour security service in the building.

During the summer months Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the center of the world, or so it seems.
The town itself revolves mainly around the beautiful square (recently declared a pedestrian zone) known as Vara De Rey, and the main port.
Overlooking the port and the city below, behind the castle walls, is Dalt Vila (also known as the Old Town), which dates back to the Phoenicians and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate, it is now full of winding cobblestone streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
West of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, dotted with countless restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills, if you look closely, you can discover some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island hidden behind the pine trees.
East of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant, etc.), lies Talamanca Bay, the bustling town of Jesus and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an endless array of glowing hotspots like Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, the beachfront restaurant Cala Bonita at Playa S’Estanyol.
